At the heart of the village Sérignan at the right of the old town hall there is a 18 century building called Cave Silevin painted in the colors of the blue Mediterranean sea.

The eager owner moves his tasting through the regional of Minervois, Saint-chinan, Cabardés, Corbières, Fitou….., where he discovers the varieties of grapes out of the region of the Languedoc and he will let you taste the flavors of the local products during the gastronomic savouring who will be offered spontaneously.
